Al HaGal is a social enterprise that leverages the educational potential of surfing and the sea to offer corporate beach events, executive workshops, and team-building activities. Our partnership with nonprofit HaGal Sheli means that we employ their graduates as certified surfing instructors, empowering them to transform their love for surfing into a sustainable source of income. Through our collaboration, we aim to create positive opportunities for personal growth and development.

Welcome to the educational center of Hagalsheli! Come see the action and get to know the people behind the surfboards. The Riviera beach is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country and it is perfect for a first surfing experience.
Naorim beach

Up to 300 participants
Naorim beach is located between Havshelet Hasharon and Beit Yanai and near the Hadassah Naorim youth village with neat and beautiful waves against the background of a colorful sunset.
Kfar Galim
Haifa
Up to 70 participants
At the southern end of Haifa is the green and pastoral Kfar Galim youth village. The beach near the village is an isolated nature reserve that will reveal to you natural gems that are hidden in the Kariyat area.
